Las Salinas
Located at the mouth of the Agaete Ravine, it has a stony shore with moderate waves. Accessible by foot from Paseo de los Poetas Avenue. In this area, there are three natural pools connected by tunnels, which not only serve as a leisure area but also allow diving enthusiasts to observe the local marine flora and fauna.
Playa de Guayedra
Located at the mouth of the Guayedra Ravine, it’s a beach with both stone and black sand, open to the sea with strong waves. Accessible only by off-road vehicle and on foot.
Playa la Caleta
La Caleta or El Turmán Beach, a bay located between El Juncal and Las Salinas, is a rocky cove with moderate waves. Accessible on foot via a path from El Turmán.
Playa de Las Nieves
Beach in front of the current dock, with pebbles and calm waters. Easily accessible.
Playa de Sotavento
Access through the Guayedra Ravine, located to the left of Guayedra Beach, which has sand and stones, strong waves, and can be windy. Accessible by off-road vehicle and on foot.
Playa del Juncal
Juncal Beach, also known as Puertito Beach, borders the municipality of Gáldar. It’s a pebble beach with calm waters. Accessible on foot.
Playa del Muelle
Located to the left of the old dock, it has a mixture of stone and sand and moderate waves. Easily accessible.
Playa del Risco
Located in the Barrio del Risco, it has a combination of sand, gravel, and stones, it’s an open beach with strong waves, and it’s easily accessible.
